I know if this crazy hustle & bustle world, sometimes we forget how important it is encourage, challenge & motivate those around us. It keeps life exciting! Most of all, it is very important to show how much we appreciate the efforts of others. Children expecially need our Praise & to learn to praise others. What is that old saying?
